Shipping
All orders are sent via courier for next working day delivery when then order is placed before 5.00pm and will require a signature on receipt for maximum security. As our stocks are held in multiple warehouses there may be instances where your order is despatched in more than one consignment.
Should you not be present when delivery is a attempted, a card will be left and a second delivery attempt will be carried on the next working day. If this is inconvenient to you, you can call the number on the card to arrange a more suitable day or make a collection from your local branch.
Please note that a working day does not include Saturdays or Public Holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be processed the following working day.

Returns & Replacements
Cancellation of your order in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (Consumer Only)
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation, the customer has the right to cancel an order within one week (7 working days) of delivery providing you have proof of delivery. In accordance with legal provisions, personalised items, unsealed software or audio products containing an activation key are exempt. The customer is expected to take good care of all items and not use them, any goods not returned in an 'as new' condition may be refused or involve extra costs in making the goods 'as new'. Notification of your wish to return an item should be sent to returns@coastwaycomputerservices.co.uk within 7 working days following delivery of the item.
When returning non-faulty goods under the Distance Selling Regulations delivery costs may not be refunded.. Please note that Distance Selling Regulations only apply to consumer customers only. Your product must be complete and in "as new" condition e.g. there should be no physical damage or marking of the items packaging and must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories you received with it. Mini-discs, memory cards and software must still be sealed. Any "Free Gifts" received with the product must also be returned.
When contacting us, you will need to quote your reason for return, order reference number and name.
Please note that after you have cancelled your order your refund may take from 5 to 14 days. Please note that all carriage fees are non refundable. A restocking fee of 20% of cost of the item may be charged, this will be at the discretion of Coastway Computer Services and you will be notified by email if this is the case with your returns detail. No refunds or exchanges will be agreed until the goods are received in our warehouse.
Faulty Goods
Goods Faulty on Arrival - If a fault occurs within 28 days of delivery, you have the option of an exchange or refund; please email support@coastwaycomputerservices.co.uk giving full details of the fault with the item. You will be issued with a returns reference which needs to be included with your item and asked to return the item to us, where one of our engineers will test the item. If the item is confirmed as faulty a replacement/refund will be arranged without delay. However, should no fault be found with the item an administration charge of £10 will be payable before the item is returned to you.
Goods Faulty in Warranty Period - If your goods develop a fault after 28 days of receipt, then provided they are within their warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Sales of Goods Act.
Faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt or you are unable to check them before signing, the delivery note should be signed as "unchecked/damaged". Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back in our warehouse, we'll issue replacement goods or a full refund as requested.

Ordering of Goods
All orders will be placed using the basket and payment systems installed within the on-line store and despatch and delivery of such items will be subject to successful completion on the checkout process.
Availability of Goods
The company will use its best endeavours to comply with the date specified for despatch or delivery, however, in both cases these are intended as an estimate only and are not to be deemed the essence of contract.
Payments, Pricing and Special Offers
All payments for goods should be made when completing the checkout process using either Paypal or a major Debit / Credit Card.
From time to time, items listed in the store or added to our catalogue for a short time period will be offered at promotional pricing. At the end of such promotion these items will revert to the standard pricing offered for them.
Viewing Orders
To return to our website site and view past orders, it is necessary for you to register a User Name and Password when placing your first order, without this you will not be able to view or track orders placed. If however, you require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
